We ship from REMO in Bondi. However, just about everything bearing a design is now printed to order and shipped from a production facility in Victoria. This new process takes a little longer, but the wait is worthwhile. For Regular Shipping orders, it takes roughly 7 to 15 business days to custom print and deliver your order using Australia Post. Some places outside metropolitan areas may take a bit longer. Need them a bit faster? Select the Express delivery option and we will use that method of shipping, although this will not speed the production process itself.Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.CustOMERs can return or exchange for any reason whatsoever.
