Refund policy

If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with any ordered merchandise and wish to return it in exchange for something else or for a full refund, we will happily oblige. We guarantee your purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of your purchase but our returns policy does not cover merchandise that has been abused, misused, altered, or simply worn out from use. If your dissatisfaction is due to a fault of some kind then we will also pay for the return shipping.
